"Roger is a 'gentle giant' of a man, generous and witty. A pleasure to be in his company and learn from his linguistic magic." –comments made by Ieuan Lloyd Robert

Welcome to Unlimited Minds. Born in Bristol in 1968, I can openly say that my journey in life has been full of mistakes, frustrations and successes. Having battled depression, self esteem and lack of confidence for over 20 years, I have since been able to overcome these issues through determination and self belief. In 2002, I lost direction spending considerable time contemplating life. In this time I stopped working, pilling on over 2 stone in weight and losing the ability to feel a connection with life. With determination and courage however I returned to full time work in 2007.

In 2010, I met a wonderful person by the name of Lenka Majstrikova who introduced me to the world of NLP and I have since been addicted to learning and making a difference in people's lives. I have become more confident; enjoy living life to the full and feel so much fitter for it. Within a year, I have successfully trained police officers and staff in communication skills, utilising NLP. A few years ago, I would never have dreamt of standing up in front of an audience. Now I love the thrill of meeting people and allowing others to learn and added value to their lives.. Well, you may now be wondering what NLP stands for. Neuro Linguistic Programming is an attitude, a mindset and a way of life. Neuro- the connection and senses between the mind, Linguistic- the words we use and Programming-the patterns we develop behind our behaviour and actions.

With a 20 year background of working within the public sector, I am fascinated about people's behaviour. In addition to providing NLP Coaching, I am a qualified Micro-Expressions Practitioner. Regardless of what language you speak or where you are from or what you do, research (Ekman, Dr Paul)  has indicated that there are 7 universal facial expressions. These are anger, contempt, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness and surprise. The majority of micro-facial expressions last for a brief second and once I have coached you will easily and effortlessly be able to observe these expressions. Learning to read facial expressions will give you an edge and allow you to  really understand yourself and others. This will also allow you to become an outstanding communicator.
